Assessment privacy details
What is stored
We store the answers you submit, the resulting diagnostic evidence and calculations, the report version you received, basic report and delivery activity, and the work email used to unlock it.
Why it is used
The information is used to produce and deliver your report, understand whether the diagnostic is useful, improve the assessment, and respond if you ask to discuss the result. Report delivery is a service you request and remains separate from marketing consent.
Optional marketing
Marketing is only enabled when you actively tick the optional consent box. We record when and where that choice was made so it can be respected, withdrawn and audited separately from report delivery.
Platform interest and testing
If you confirm interest in an integration, we keep your platform, contact and business details, the date of your specific update request, testing preferences and any feedback you provide. We use these to assess demand and arrange testing. Optional trial-link activity is recorded separately from reported or verified trial use. This preference is separate from general marketing; you can leave a platform list from your interest page. No platform login credentials are requested in the form. Requests made through a report follow the assessment retention period. For website-only requests, confirmation links expire after 24 hours and confirmed interest is retained for up to 24 months. We use a daily hashed network address to limit repeated confirmation requests.
Report sources
Your findings and recommendations come from your assessment answers. Public venue searches and Google Places enrichment are currently disabled.
Retention and access
Assessment records are currently scheduled for review or deletion 24 months after completion. Access to the private growth console is restricted to authorised GlassRota users.
Your choices
You can ask GlassRota to explain, correct, restrict or delete personal information associated with your assessment. A corrected assessment is kept as a linked new record so a previously issued report is not silently rewritten.
